What A Week!!

This week has been SO amazing! I am so so sad its over, but it was awesome while it lasted. I had some pretty amazing roommates in the winter, and we were instantly best friends. We all went our separate ways in the Spring, but we never lost touch. My dear friend Jason Mackay who is a long time family friend joined us up at BYU-Idaho in the Winter semester. I had this amazing roomate Joyce Stinson and lets just say they were made for each other. I finally got Jason to ask her out on a date ( he was SO nervous) and it took off from there. A week later they were dating, a week after that Joyce had her first kiss, and about a month after that they were engaged to be married! We were all excited for them. So July 31st was the date! All my old roomies decided to come down here for the wedding since it was held in the L.A Temple. Lets just say I was a little stoked everyone was coming here!! I threw Joyce a bridal shower on Wednesday and it went so well. She was just so happy and lots of family and friends came! I would have to say that our brown and blue cupcakes were pretty dang cute since those were her colors. It went very well. Anything for our little Joyce =) Then the week began! First me and Whitney went to 6 Flags with some friends from here. I've never even been there before! It was an experience let me tell ya. I was SO freaking hot there and not to mention we got soaked on this stupid little water ride. So it was pretttty uncomfortable the whole day. But it was still an experience. I totally blacked out on the Goliath roller coaster, which has never happened to me before!! fun? I guess you could say that. The next day all of our roommates went to Huntington Beach!!! The U.S Open was going on so it was fun because there was alot of people there and lots of fun booths to look at. We all god these super cute friendship bracelets. I know it's a little corny but we secretly love them ! We made a pact that we cant take them off until we get married! It might be a while... haha Then that night we had a little bachelorette party for Joyce! All seven of us went to a hotel in a one room honeymoon suite! What an experience. Two beds.... seven girls. All five of us roommates decided to all sleep in the king size bed together. Here's the thing... the only way all 5 of us would fit is if we all spooned the same way. So thats exactly what we did. It's probably safe to say that it was the most uncomfortable night ever. When I woke up, we couldn't even find Katherine anymore... she was on the floor. We got up at 5 a.m. to get Joyce ready for her big day. She looked absolutely beautiful. The reception was a blast, and i got the chance to sing for the happy new married couple. It was such an honor to be able to do that for them. After that everyone decided to desert me! So sad. So now I'm in Brea again and just enjoying the time I have here in wonderfull California.
